The home-cooked meals by Neil were a highlight, delicious and made with love! We really enjoyed the beautiful hotel and the personalized service. The only downside was that the beer could've been colder 🍻

The paths were not lit, which almost made me a contestant in the emergency room relay, and the dinner menu had no room for a salad choice. I seriously expected a welcome gift. It's certainly not too much to ask after almost becoming a casualty. I almost gave a good review, but I just couldn't.

The beautiful hotel and amazing nature is fine.
I was appalled at the limited electricity and internet access. I had to trek to the dining area just to charge my phone, unacceptable for a lodge that bills itself as a getaway. Plus, the poor lighting and barely functioning hot water left a lot to be desired. Using a dim light bulb and experiencing low water pressure was not what I expected.

great stay with a small hiccup
The surrounding nature was amazing, with serene river views that enhanced our experience. The food surpassed our expectations. Breakfast was delicious and freshly made. The owner, Neil, had amazing knowledge of the area and tailored recommendations, made our outing more enjoyable.
At one point, the beer we ordered was not as cold as we would have liked, but it did not detract significantly from our overall experience.

The Beautiful Queen Room felt super comfortable, with lovely hot showers that really made relaxing after a day of exploring enjoyable. The little creek by our room added a nice nature vibe to the stay. While it was a bit far from the main lodge for charging devices, Neil ensured we had access to outlets during meals, thoughtful. It was cozy and clean, definitely a great spot to unwind!

We explored local hikes and enjoyed a refreshing bike ride. Neil, the owner. The entire vibe was super chill, and the staff was amazing. Highly recommend their meals! It's definitely a must-visit while in the area.
One downside was that the beer we had wasn't as cold as we hoped at one point, but that didn't really ruin our experience overall.

We absolutely loved our 2-night stay at Pine Ridge Lodge. The rooms were beautifully decorated and had a lovely view of the garden. The comfortable tables and WiFi were great amenities. The lodge's remote location in the National Park was perfect, and we enjoyed its proximity to the beautiful river and inland Belize.
